Litigation Matters definition

Litigation Matters means all pending or threatened litigation, investigations or claims that have been or may be asserted by a third party against, or otherwise adversely affect, Seller or its Subsidiaries (other than the Transferred Companies), on the one hand, and the Transferred Business, on the other hand.
Litigation Matters means all pending or threatened litigation, investigations, claims or other legal matters that have been or may be asserted against, or otherwise adversely affect, Verizon and/or Spinco (or members of either Group).
Litigation Matters has the meaning set forth in Section 7.6(a)(ii).

Litigation Matters means (i) any Action, (ii) any internal business investigation, and (iii) any Pre-Litigation Claims.

Litigation Matters means all demands, actions, claims, charges, grievances, complaints, arbitrations, mediations, proceedings, inquiries, reviews, audits, hearings, pending or threatened litigation, investigations, suits, countersuits or other legal matters of any nature, whether civil, criminal, administrative, investigative, regulatory or informal, commenced, brought or heard by or before any Governmental Authority, private arbitration organization or pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement, in the case of each of the foregoing, that have been or may be asserted against, or otherwise adversely affect, Harbor or Spinco (or members of either Group).
Litigation Matters shall have the meaning provided in Section 7.02 hereof.
Litigation Matters means all matters pending in any forum that are related to or arose out of or as the result of any of the Loans including, but not limited to, all arbitrations, mediations, and judicial proceedings in any local, county, state or federal court (including any bankruptcy courts) whether or not Seller is a party to or has or has not entered a notice of appearance in such matters.
Litigation Matters means all Proceedings that have been or may be asserted by a third party against, or otherwise adversely affect, Seller Parent and its Subsidiaries, on the one hand, and the Business, on the other hand.
