Recognition of Representatives. 5.01 The University shall recognize the President of the Association and members of the Executive, or persons designated by the Executive, for the purpose of relations between the University and the Association arising out of this Agreement.
Recognition of Representatives. (a) The Employer recognizes the Committee of Officers of the Association for the purpose of relations between the Employer and the Association arising out of this agreement. No employee or group of employees shall represent the Association at meetings with the employer without proper authorization of the Committee of Officers.

The University recognizes the following Association Representatives for purposes of conducting formal relations with the Association: Members of the Association’s Chapter Executive; Local Representatives; and staff or counsel as the Association may see fit to retain. Members of the Chapter Executive have jurisdiction throughout the bargaining unit. The Association shall notify the University of the names and jurisdiction of all Association Representatives and members of joint committees, and any changes thereto. Association staff and counsel shall have access to the University’s premises in order to deal with any matters arising out of this Agreement. Part B - Association Security
Recognition of Representatives. For the purpose of reviewing employee suggestions and complaints under the procedure provided in Article XIV hereof and for reviewing the various provisions of this contract prior to making amendments as hereinafter provided, the Northview Public School Board of Education recognizes representatives of the covered employee group. Such employee representatives will be designated exclusively by covered employees without intervention by the Board of Education or its representatives. These representatives shall be three (3) in number, all of whom shall be employees from within the group covered hereby. The Association shall notify the Superintendent or designee, in writing, as to who has been selected to represent them and also promptly report any changes.
Recognition of Representatives. (a) The Company agrees to recognize Stewards, Chief Stewards, the President or Business Manager of the Union or their alternates, as representatives of the Union in settling grievances as outlined in this Article. A representative of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers may be present only to assist the local union.

Recognition of Representatives. 11.01 Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact official business of the Association with members, or official representatives of the Institute, on Institute property, provided such business shall not interfere with or interrupt normal Institute operations.
Recognition of Representatives. The Employer will recognize the officers, stewards and other representatives designated by the Union as the officials of the Union. The Union will provide the Employer a complete list of union representatives annually and as soon as any change occurs.
Recognition of Representatives. The Agency agrees to recognize the officers and duly designated representatives of the Union. The Union agrees to provide the Agency a written listing of its officers and stewards and maintain it on a current basis. There shall be no restraint, interference, coercion, discrimination, or reprisal against a Union representative because of the performance of their Union representational duties.
