PRODUCER. Provide the producer’s name, address (including country), e-mail address, and telephone number, if different from the certifier or exporter or, if there are multiple producers, state “Various” or provide a list of producers. A person who wishes for this information to remain confidential may state “Available upon request by the importing authorities”. The address of a producer shall be the place of production of the good in a Party’s territory.
PRODUCER. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, including Section 18.8, Producer shall release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gatherer and its Affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants, representatives, and invitees from and against all claims and losses arising out of or relating to (i) the operations of Producer and (ii) any breach of this agreement by Producer.

PRODUCER. Provide the details of the producer of the goods (including name, address and country) in Box 3, if known. In case of multiple producers, indicate “SEE BOX 8” in Box 3 and provide the details in Box 8 for each item. If the producer wishes the information to be confidential, it is acceptable to state "CONFIDENTIAL", however, the producer information may be available to the competent authority or authorised body upon request. In case the details of the producer are unknown, it is acceptable to state “NOT AVAILABLE”.
PRODUCER. Producer shall deliver the completed project media(s) pursuant to this Agreement and the requirements of Addendum A. Producer shall deliver to Client consents, waivers or releases from all talent and all persons or entities who have rendered services to Producer in connection with the Specified Media(s) to the extent permissible by applicable union or guild agreements. Producer shall supply everything else required for the delivery of the Specified Media(s) unless exceptions are so noted in Addendum A.
PRODUCER. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, including Section 19.8,
PRODUCER. S DELIVERY AND IID ACCEPTANCE OF ENERGY FROM PLANT ----------------------------------------------------------- Whenever electric output from the Plant exceeds Producer's power requirements, Producer shall deliver all such excess output to IID for delivery to SCE and IID shall accept such output for delivery to SCE and deliver such output to SCE pursuant to a transmission service agreement to be entered into between Producer and IID.
PRODUCER. Any agent, broker, representative, or subagent of any person (i) having a Producer Agreement with the Company and (ii) being entitled to receive any Producer Payments from the Company for the solicitation, sale, marketing, production or servicing of any of the Policies.
PRODUCER. As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.
PRODUCER is not prohibited from entering into this AGREEMENT and discharging and performing all covenants and obligations on its part to be performed under and pursuant to this AGREEMENT. The execution and delivery of this AGREEMENT, the consummation of the transactions contemplated herein and the fulfillment of and compliance with the provisions of this AGREEMENT will not conflict with or constitute a breach of or a default under any of the terms, conditions or provisions of any law, rule or regulation, any order, judgment, writ, injunction, decree, determination, award or other instrument or legal requirement of any court or other agency of government, the certificate of limited partnership or the partnership agreement of PRODUCER or any contractual limitation, corporate restriction or outstanding trust indenture, deed of trust, mortgage, loan agreement, lease, other evidence of indebtedness or any other agreement or instrument to which PRODUCER is a Party or by which it or any of its property is bound and will not result in a breach of or a default under any of the foregoing. This AGREEMENT is the legal, valid and binding obligation of PRODUCER enforceable in accordance with its terms.
