Pre-Construction Conference. Participate in a pre-construction conference prior to commencement of Work at the Site.
Pre-Construction Conference. Prior to commencement of the Work, the Contractor shall meet in conference with representatives of the Owner regarding the Owner's requirements under the Agreement for administration of the quality assurance program, safety program, labor provisions, the schedule of Work, and other contract procedures. The Contractor shall begin Work upon receipt of a written Notice to Proceed from the Project Manager. The Contractor shall not begin Work prior to receiving such notice.
Pre-Construction Conference. A pre-construction conference shall be held when requested by any Party to this Agreement prior to the commencement of work under the Construction Contract for the Project. Such conference shall be attended by a representative each from the District, the Contractor, the Unions and the Construction Manager.
Pre-Construction Conference. The A/E shall assist the PM in conducting a Pre-Construction Conference, to be attended by the GC, and HISD at its option, during which the Construction Documents, Project schedule, Project procedures and other pertinent issues shall be reviewed. The A/E shall record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings to all attendees and other appropriate parties within 2 working days of the meeting
Pre-Construction Conference. In connection with the Designer, the CM shall conduct a Pre- Construction Conference during which the CM shall review the reporting procedures, site operations and other contractual requirements.
Pre-Construction Conference. A pre-construction conference shall be held before the start of any Work with Contractor and representatives of County to review all project drawings, specifications, methods, schedules, and related application requirements pertaining to the Work; and, to establish mutual understanding of all procedures and precautions related to the proper prosecution of the Work. County shall assure the completion of all required procedures by Contractor prior to the commencement of any Work by Contractor including, but not limited to, insurance and bonding requirements, schedules, and Contract Documents.
Pre-Construction Conference. A meeting or meetings including the Contractor’s key personnel, key subcontractors, the CEI or A/E (if applicable), County and others involved with the planning and execution of the Work, which shall take place prior to issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
Pre-Construction Conference. The Contracting Officer may hold a pre-construction conference. The Contractor will be notified and shall be required to attend the pre-construction conference in accordance with FAR 52.236-26, “Preconstruction Conference”. The Contracting Officer’s notification shall include specific details regarding the date, time, and location of the conference, any need for attendance by subcontractors and information regarding items to be discussed.
Pre-Construction Conference. The CM shall conduct a Pre-Construction Conference after award of the Construction Contract for an Assigned Project and prior to commencing Assigned Project construction at the Site to address matters relating to: (i) scope and other requirements of the Assigned Project; (ii) the schedule for completion of the Assigned Project; (iii) administrative matters, including the submission and processing of payment requests, requests for information, Submittals and other similar matters; (iv) prevailing wage rates, Certified Payroll Records and other matters relating to the employment of labor; (v) test and inspection requirements; and (vi) other matters relating to the Assigned Project.
