Construction Conference. Completion of this form may fulfill the Contractor’s obligation for a Pre‐Construction Conference with the Building Trades Council. Failure to fill out this form in detail will lead to a required Pre‐Construction Conference. If a contractor is uncertain how to classify or assign a scope of work, it is a sign that a Pre‐Construction Conference is necessary.
Construction Conference. A. A pre-construction conference and organizational meeting will be scheduled by the Engineer at the Project site or other convenient location no later than 10 days after execution of the Agreement and prior to commencement of construction activities. The meeting will be conducted to review responsibilities and personnel assignments with the Engineer and Contractor.
Construction Conference. A conference normally called by the Contract Administrator following award of the Contract and prior to the start of construction, to be attended by Department personnel and the Contractor (or his or her superintendent or authorized agent with direct responsibility for job decisions) to review the activities that shall take place during the construction of the project. PRODUCT DATA – Illustrative data, brochures, schedules, catalog cuts, charts, informative material or specifications to illustrate materials, articles, items or products for use in some portion of the work. PROJECT – A planned set of interrelated tasks to be executed over a fixed period and within certain cost and other limitations. For purposes of this document, “project” means the venture undertaken pursuant to the contract.
Construction Conference. 2.8 Within twenty days after the effective date of the Agreement, but before CONTRACTOR starts the Work at the site, a conference will be held for review and acceptance of the schedules referred to in paragraph 2.6, to establish procedures for handling shop drawings and other submittals, and for processing applications for payment, and to establish a working understanding among the parties as to the Work.
Construction Conference. BIOHABITATS shall conduct and attend five 2-hour pre-Construction Conferences with the selected contractor and a group of homeowners prior to commencement of the work.
Construction Conference. The consultant shall meet with the Project Manager to detail project phasing and timeline. The consultant shall prepare an agenda. City Staff will take and distribute minutes if necessary.

Construction Conference. Xxxxxxx will organize and conduct the Pre- Construction meeting and provide agenda and meeting minutes accordingly. Xxxxxxx will ensure that all pertinent team members will be present to coordinate with City staff. Contract Administration: Xxxxxxx will work closely with the City and staff to prepare and oversee the mobilization of the Contractor, the phasing of work, and the establishment of suitable and safe construction staging including, but not limited to: fencing, barricades, temp facilities, temp utilities, construction trailer placement etc. The planning of this effort will start early in the preconstruction process. Also, an initial site phasing and staging plan will be included in the bid documents to give guidance to the bidders regarding City standards and expectations. Submittal Procedures: Xxxxxxx will oversee the distribution of all shop drawings submittal reviews, RFI’s, payment requests, change orders, product data, material delivery dates, daily reports, project logs etc. As described above, Xxxxxxx will use of Submittal Exchange for expedient distribution and tracking of these documents. We will tailor this effort to provide the exact level of detail expected from the City.
Construction Conference. 5.1 The Project Manager shall convene a pre-construction conference to be held at least fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement ofeach construction phase, at a time and location mutually agreeable to the Council. Such conference shall be attended by a representative each from the participating Contractor(s)/Employer(s) and Union(s) and the Project Manager.
