Phone Services. All new telegraph, telephone, and electric connections or modifications to existing systems which Tenant may desire shall be first approved by Landlord in writing, before the same are installed, and the location of all wires and the work in connection therewith shall be subject to the direction of Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to restrict and control access to telephone cabinets. Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay all costs incurred in connection with the installation of telephone cables and related wiring in the Premises, including, without limitation, any hook-up, access and maintenance fees related to the installation of such wires and cables in the Premises and the commencement of service therein, and the maintenance thereafter of such wire and cables; and there shall be included in Operating Expenses for the Building all installation, hook-up or maintenance costs incurred by Landlord in connection with telephone cables and related wiring in the Building which are not allocable to any individual users of such service but are allocable to the Building generally. If Tenant fails to maintain all telephone cables and related wiring in the Premises and such failure affects or interferes with the operation or maintenance of any other telephone cables or related wiring in the Building, Landlord or any vendor hired by Landlord may enter into and upon the Premises in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.02 and perform such repairs, restorations or alterations as Landlord deems reasonably necessary in order to eliminate any such interference (and Landlord may recover from Tenant all of Landlord's reasonable costs in connection therewith). Tenant agrees that neither Landlord nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to Tenant, or any of Tenant's employees, agents, customers or invitees or anyone claiming through, by or under Tenant, for any damages, injuries, losses, expenses, claims or causes of action because of any interruption, diminution, delay or discontinuance at any time for any reason in the furnishing of any telephone service to the Premises and the Building unless caused by the negligent acts or omissions or willful misconduct of Landlord or that of its agents or employees.

Phone Services. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am-12p and 1:30p-5p. Our receptionist is available to answer and screen all calls. Outside of these hours, if you have a question, refill request, want to schedule or cancel an appointment, etc. it will have to wait for regular business hours. These are NOT medical emergencies. If you have an afterhours emergency, you can call our number for information on how to reach the on call provider.
Phone Services. All voice and data lines at the LexLab Facility are intended for Management use only. Upon request, Member may be granted access to conference calling services. Member employees are expected to use their own cellular phone service. Printing & Copying Services. Member may access for-pay printing and copying services at the UC Hastings Business Center, located on the first floor of 000 XxXxxxxxxx Xxxxxx near the LexLab Facility. Member is responsible for paying for all printing and copying jobs directly to the Business Center, and understands that other jobs from Hastings affiliates will take prirotity in terms of timing. Mail Services. Member may receive mail at the LexLab Facility. Incoming mail should be addressed to: Company Name LexLab at UC Hastings College of the Law 000 XxXxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Suite 112 San Francisco, CA 94102 Custodial Services. Hastings will provide standard custodial services for the LexLab Facility, provided that Member is expected to maintain a clean workspace, which includes conference rooms, office spaces, and other common areas. If LexLab management determines that additional custodial service is necessitated to maintain the space, Member may be responsible for such additional fees. Office Equipment & Supplies. Members are expected to provide their own office equipment and supplies. Certain office supplies, access to basic copying, printing, scanning, conference calling and presenting equipment may be available, but is not guaranteed. Use of LexLab printers and copiers is limited to materials associated with recognized LexLab projects and activities as described in Exhibit A. The printers may not be used for outside printing.
Phone Services. In addition to Clients other obligations and use restrictions hereunder, the following terms apply to Client when Client submits or receives telephone numbers as part of the Services: TowerData may provide Client with telephone numbers of consumers who have registered under one or more “Do Not Call” lists maintained by the Federal Trade Commission, a state agency, and/or the DMA (the “DNC Lists”). In using the materials supplied by TowerData, Client represents and warrants that Client will comply with any and all federal and state laws, rules, and regulations regarding telephone solicitations and Do Not Call requirements. TowerData disclaims any warranty, express or implied, that any telephone numbers on DNC Lists have been identified or deleted from the information supplied to Client by TowerData. Furthermore, TowerData disclaims all responsibility for ensuring that Client complies with the laws establishing the DNC Lists. In the event that Client fails to fulfill any compliance requirement or obligation of Client under any applicable federal or state law, rule, or regulation relating to telephone solicitations or Do Not Call requirements, Client shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless TowerData as set forth in Section 13.

Tenant acknowledges that making such cabling the responsibility of a single party is reasonable and necessary to achieve security, efficiency, coordination and accountability. Whether such cabling is undertaken by Landlord or an exclusive contractor. Tenant agrees that neither Landlord nor such contractor shall be liable for any loss, cost or damage suffered by Tenant as a result of cabling installation and maintenance except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the party doing such work and that any such claim shall be limited to bodily injury, death or damage to property. Tenant hereby waiving and releasing any claim for consequential damages resulting from an interruption of service.
