Past Service Credits. All employees re-entering employment with the Employer will receive credit for past service in determining their vacation entitlement after completing two (2) full calendar years after re-entry.

Past Service Credits. Employees in the bargaining unit on the effective date of this Agreement, or who thereafter enter the bargaining unit, and whose service with any other employer(s) is or was recognized by the Union or any of its predecessors for the purposes of vacation entitlement shall have all such service recognized for such purposes under this Article (See Letter Of Understanding No. 11.), save and except as expressly provided otherwise by Clause 21.08(e) below.
Past Service Credits. All employees entering the Employer’s service on 1985-11-06 who had service with BC Transit, MTOC or their predecessors will receive credit for existing service in the determination of vacation entitlement. Past Service Credits. If the Plan is adopted as a standardized Plan, upon initial adoption of this Plan or upon a Plan amendment which is effective on or after the Final Compliance Date, no more than 5 years of credit shall be granted for service completed before the effective date of such adoption or amendment, and any such past service credit shall be granted on a uniform basis to all Participants in the Plan on such effective date.
