Article 6 definition

Article 6 means Article 6 of Council Directive 91/250/EEC of 14 May 1991 on the legal protection of computer programmes.

Article 6. Only within the scope of this Agreement and with regard to Provider’s performance of obligation under this Agreement, OIST may investigate the state of progress and details of this Agreement or provide Provider with supervision or direction thereof as situation required. (Rectification obligation when the details of the Services do not conform to the Specifications, etc.)
