Part-Time. An employee who is employed less than thirty (30) hours per week.

Part-Time. A part-time employee is an employee who regularly works less than forty (40) hours per week. The Agency shall not use part-time employees to avoid full-time benefits.
Part-Time. Employees in this category shall be hired pursuant to such procedures as the Employer may establish and shall be assigned to regular schedules of less than forty (40) hours in a service week, or shall be available to work flexible hours as assigned by the Employer during the course of a service week.
Part-Time. 5.5.2.1 A part-time employee who is to be laid off due to legitimate business reasons will be offered the least senior part-time position within a twenty-five (25) mile radius of the home store within the Company district.
