Outside Storage. LESSEE may keep reasonable equipment and materials within the leasehold area in locations susceptible to view by the public, at the discretion of the LESSOR. Any equipment or materials stored within the leasehold of the LESSEE found objectionable to the LESSOR shall be subject to paragraph 17, “Default”, of the Lease Agreement.

Outside Storage. Lessee shall not store any items on the exterior of the hangar structure, except as may be specifically permitted by this agreement or with the prior written permission of the Stillwater Regional Airport Director. Aircraft in an unairworthy condition or disabled, disassembled, or partially assembled aircraft, parts, or other aircraft components thereof, shall not be parked, stored or left standing for a period of excess of thirty (30) days on the exterior areas or portions of the Leased Premises. Approval of the Airport Director is required if the thirty (30) day period allowed will be exceeded.
Outside Storage. Unless specifically allowed hereunder by Xxxxxxxx, Tenant shall not be allowed to have any outside storage on the Leased Premises or on any property adjacent thereto.
Outside Storage. No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the leased premises outside of the building constructed thereon, except with the prior written consent of the Lessor. No waste materials or refuse shall be dumped upon or permitted to remain unreasonably upon any part of the leased premises outside of building proper, unless approved by Lessor.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE THE LESSEES TO PARK OR STORE BOATS, TRAVEL TRAILERS, TRAILERS OF ANY TYPE, RVs, 5th WHEELS, OR MOTOR HOMES ON PARK PROPERTY. NO PARKING ON THE GRASS OR IN THE YARDS OF THE COMMUNITY AREA.

Outside Storage. The Lessee shall not use any outside garbage or other containers unless approved by the Landlord or to allow any ashes, refuse, waste material, debris, rubbish, garbage or other loose materials or other objectionable material to accumulate in or about the Premises and not to store or cause to be stored outside of the Building any of its inventory or stock-in-trade or raw materials and at all times to keep the Premises (including the exterior loading dock area, if applicable) in a neat and broom-clean condition.
Outside Storage. All storage and storage activities outside of the main buildings, except loading and unloading, shall be conducted within a building or enclosure constructed with the same exterior finish as the main building. The design of all storage buildings and enclosures shall be approved by the Committee.
Outside Storage. The Lessee shall not store any items outside of the rented hangar.
