Outside Areas. No materials, supplies, tanks or containers, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials, inoperable vehicles or articles of any nature shall be stored upon or permitted to remain outside of the Premises except in fully fenced and screened areas outside the Building which have been designed for such purpose and have been approved in writing by Landlord for such use by Tenant.

Outside Areas. No materials, supplies, tanks or containers, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials, inoperable vehicles or articles of any nature shall be stored upon or permitted to remain outside of the Premises.
Outside Areas. Outside Areas" means all areas within the Premises which are outside of the Building envelope, including, but not limited to, parking areas, driveways, sidewalks, access roads, landscaping, and planted areas. Landlord, from time to time, may change the size, location, nature, and use of any of the Outside Areas, convert Outside Areas into leaseable areas, construct additional parking facilities in the Outside Areas, and increase or decrease Outside Area land or facilities so long as Tenant's use of the Premises is not materially affected.
Outside Areas. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease and such rules and regulations as Landlord may from time to time prescribe, Tenant and Tenant’s employees, invitees, guests and customers shall have the nonexclusive right to use the access roads, parking areas, and facilities within the Property, exclusive of the Building and the other buildings on the Property, provided and designated by Landlord for the general use and convenience of all occupants of the Property, which areas and facilities are referred to herein collectively as the “Outside Area.” This right shall terminate upon the termination of this Lease. Landlord reserves the right from time to time to make changes in the shape, size, location, amount and extent of the Outside Area. Landlord further reserves the right to promulgate such reasonable rules and regulations relating to the use of the Outside Area and any part or parts thereof, as Landlord may deem appropriate for the best interests of the occupants of the Property. The rules and regulations shall be binding upon Tenant upon delivery of a copy of them to Tenant and Tenant shall abide by them and cooperate in their observance. Such rules and regulations may be amended by Landlord from time to time, with or without advance notice, and all amendments shall be effective upon delivery of a copy to Tenant. Tenant agrees to require its employees, executives, invitees, guests and customers to abide by such rules and regulations including parking regulations.
Outside Areas. The outside areas of the Premises shall be kept clean and free from snow, ice, dirt and rubbish by the Tenant and Tenant shall not place or permit any obstructions in such areas. Tenant will keep all exterior and interior surfaces clean, including, without limitation, all windows, awnings and signs, and will maintain the rest of the Premises and all sidewalks and loading areas in a clean and orderly condition and free of insects, rodents, vermin and other pests.
Outside Areas. The Tenant shall not use any part of the exterior parking and loading areas or any other areas outside the Leased Premises for any purpose other than shipping or receiving in the areas designated by the Landlord for same.
Outside Areas. The term “Outside Areas” means all areas within the Project which are located outside the Project Buildings, such as entrances, driveways, pedestrian walkways, parking areas, monument signage, landscaped areas, recreational facilities, open areas and trash disposal areas.
