Tenant hereby acknowledges receipt of the “Move In-Out Condition Report” Checklist. At the conclusion of this tenancy, Tenant agrees to restore the dwelling and property to its condition at the commencement of this tenancy.

OUT PROCEDURE. In a reasonable time before the end of the lease term, Lessor shall notify the Lessee in writing, of his or her option to request an initial pre–move-out inspection and of Lessee’s right to be present at said inspection as set forth in Civil Code §1950.5(f). Lessor shall note the condition of the premises, including all appliances, furnishings and fixtures therein, and any damage done thereto which is deemed by Lessor to have occurred during Lessee’s occupancy and use of the premises. Upon termination of this Lease for any reason, Lessee shall surrender possession of the premises in the same condition as when received, in a good, clean and sanitary condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, including removing all trash from the premises. Lessee shall pay all utility and service bills for the premises for which Lessee is responsible and cancel all utility accounts in the name of the Lessee. Lessee shall return to Lessor all keys, access cards, and remote control devices, if applicable, issued to the Lessee by Lessor.
OUT PROCEDURE. This Check-out Procedure will be sent to Tenant by either mail or email to any one of the Tenant members approximately three weeks before the lease termination date. Tenant agrees to follow the instructions therein in order to have a smooth move-out process.
OUT PROCEDURE. The Company has established a system whereby employees will not be allowedto leave the plant premises, once entered, without obtaining a pass-out slip from their Supervisor or Personnel. The employee must also register his time card prior to leaving. A slip may be issued only by the em- ployee’s immediate Supervisor, or other Management representative so designated by the Company, and only on the standard form so provided. Employees requesting to leave the plant shall make their request through their Supervisor, stating the specific reasons for the request which shall be so stipu- lated on the slip, if issued. Slips will not be issued unless, or until, the Supervisor is convinced that the request to leave is justifiable and that the best inter- ests of the efficiency of the operation is not affected. Employees who leave the plant without receiving an approved slip and clocking out shall be considered as having resigned effective at once. The time clock and clock cards are provided so that the Company will have a record of hours worked by each employee. As a result of this record, the employee shall receive the correct amount of pay for the time worked. Naturally, if the time card is not properly registered when an employee reports for or leaves work, it is diffi- cult to ascertain when his actual hours of work were, and it is quite possible that he could be “shortchanged”. In the event that an employee fails to register his time card, either when he enters the plant or when he leaves the plant, there shall be fifteen (15) minutes deducted from the determined number of hours actually worked. In the event an employee is tardy four (4) min- utes, fifteen (15) minutes pay shall be deducted. An employee must only ring his own time card and never the time card of another employee. Such in- fraction shall be subject to immediate disciplinary ac- tion. SAFETY Safety is everyone’s job. Each and everyone of us can do much to prevent accidents and injuries by following the safety rules of the job, by remainingalert, and by reporting any irregularity which may cause an accident or injury. In case of injury on the job, no matter how slight, notify your Supervisor who will issue a pass for you to obtain first aid treatment. Employees who fail to report accidents at once or who fail to heed the following safety rules and otherwise do not exhibit good judgement shall be subject to corrective discipline including discharge. OUT PROCEDURE. Notify Landlord in advance of your exact moving date, and provide forwarding address.  All extinguished light bulbs and dead 9 volt smoke alarm batteries must be replaced by Tenants. $5.00 per bulb will be charged for blown/non-working bulbs. $2.50 per battery will be charged for 9-volt batteries.  Return all keys to Landlord when you vacate and obtain a receipt from the agent. Do not leave keys at the rental property. Failure to return all keys will result in a lock change charge of $75.00.  DO NOT turn refrigerator off, simply defrost and turn to lowest setting.  Remove all personal effects, food and trash. Removal fees apply: $75 per 50-gallon contractors trash bag and $50 per piece of furniture.  Exterior of the property must be clean and free of debris. This includes porches, decks, steps, and grounds adjacent to your unit.  Upon vacating do not turn the air conditioning below 78 degrees F.  Should tenant move out without inspection, tenant agrees to waive the right to contest any damage fees for the unit. OUT PROCEDURE. At the end of this Lease, Tenant shall return the Premises to the Landlord in a clean, safe, and good working condition, excepting normal wear and tear. At the time Tenant returns the key, Tenant and Landlord shall jointly inspect the Premises and Landlord shall advise Tenant of any damage deemed by Landlord to have arisen during Tenant's occupancy. It is understood and agreed that Tenant's failure to follow this move out procedure may result in the partial or full forfeiture of the Security Deposit, but in no event shall this forfeiture be considered as liquidated damages for Tenant's breach of any obligations under this Lease. If, following the return of the Premises, Tenant leaves any property in the Apartment or at University Commons, that property is deemed to be abandoned by Tenant. Landlord can take any action that Landlord desires with regard to the property, without liability to Tenant, and hold Tenant responsible for any costs incurred to keep, sell or dispose of the property.

OUT PROCEDURE. In an effort to help make your move-out process go smoothly and to maximize you deposit return please follow the instructions below. All premises (including carpets) must be CLEANED BY A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING COMPANY and receipt(s) must be provided when keys and other distributed items are returned. The following must be returned to the Landlord office location (contact for address) no later than noon (12PM) on the last day of the lease term: • All distributed keys/fobs as outlined in the Tenant Information Package (please leave garage remotes in a kitchen drawer and photograph for documentation) • The completed Move In/Out Inspection ReportGeneral cleaning receipt • Carpet cleaning receipt (if any carpet present) Failure to return any distributed items as instructed above will result in additional charges from your deposit. If keys/fobs are left at property and not returned as described above, Resident will be charged $75 for a service call to retrieve the items. Failure to provide Landlord with two separate receipts for both general and carpet cleaning (if applicable) will result in charges to your deposit. When departing for the last time, please leave heat at 55 degrees and Lock all doors and windows. Resident will be charged $500.00 for not vacating on lease end day. OUT PROCEDURE. Resident students completing degree requirements or leaving the campus at the conclusion of first semester must vacate their space by noon on the day following the conclusion of their last final examination in the fall semester or upon completion of their academic requirements for the semester. Likewise, students not completing degree requirements in the spring must vacate their space by noon on the day following the conclusion of their last final examination or by noon on Wednesday, May 12, 2021. Approved residents participating in commencement may remain in their space until 9 a.m. on the morning after Commencement Day. Each resident of the space has the responsibility to arrange with a representative of the Residence Life Office to inspect and lock the space after the inventory is completed. CONDITION OF ROOM UPON DEPARTURE and DAMAGES: All trash will be removed by the assigned resident. Failure to leave the room in clean and acceptable condition will result in an assessment equally divided between each assigned resident. Moreover, if the common areas on the hall (lounges, hallway, bathrooms, etc.) are left in disrepair, a charge for returning the common area to its original condition will be equally divided among all residents. In situations where the damages are extreme, repetitive, or the unit is severely disruptive, the students may be subject to the College disciplinary process resulting in sanctions, including housing relocation. All personal belongings must be removed from the space assigned upon departure. The College assumes no responsibility for belongings left in the space assigned. Additional charges may be assessed if residential space is occupied following the required check-out. CONDITION OF HOUSE (GENERAL): All Special Interest Houses have a certain level of wear and tear, depending on the age of the house. Students are expected to know that the condition of the house will not be radically altered or improved over the course of their stay. All houses will have safety needs addressed, but cosmetic issues may not be repaired, depending on the cost and long-term need of the house.
