Operation. The Customer shall ensure the product is operated by qualified and experienced personnel and in accordance with: (a) training and operating instructions supplied by EDDYFI from time to time; (b) conditions of coverage in all applicable insurance policies; and (c) all applicable laws, codes and regulations. The Customer shall use reasonable and proper care in the custody and operation of the product.
