OFFICIAL SECRETS ACTS. The Supplier shall comply with and shall ensure that the Supplier Staff comply with, the provisions of: the Official Secrets Act 1911 to 1989; and section 182 of the Finance Act 1989. In the event that the Supplier or the Supplier’s Staff fails to comply with this Clause 21, the Authority reserves the right to terminate this Framework in accordance with Clause 26.4.
