Common use of Notices to Trustee Clause in Contracts

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to Section 3.01, it shall notify the Trustee in writing of the Redemption Date and the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which redemption shall occur. The Company shall give each notice provided for in this Section 3.02 in an Officers’ Certificate at least 45 days before the Redemption Date (unless a shorter period shall be satisfactory to the Trustee).

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to Section 3.01, it shall notify the Trustee in writing of the Redemption Date and the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which redemption shall occurredeemed. The Company shall give each notice provided for in this Section 3.02 in an Officers’ ' Certificate at least 45 15 days before mailing the Redemption Date (unless a shorter period shall be satisfactory notice to the Trustee)Holders referred to in Section 3.01.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to Section 3.013.07, it at least 60 days prior to the Redemption Date or during such other period as the Trustee may agree to, the Company shall notify the Trustee in writing of the Redemption Date and Date, the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and the clause of this Indenture pursuant Redemption Price, and deliver to which redemption shall occur. The Company shall give each notice provided for in this Section 3.02 in the Trustee an Officers’ ' Certificate at least 45 days before stating that such redemption will comply with the Redemption Date (unless a shorter period shall be satisfactory to the Trustee)conditions contained herein.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to Section 3.013.07, it shall notify the Trustee in writing of the applicable Redemption Date and Date, the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and the clause paragraph of this Indenture Section 3.07 pursuant to which the redemption shall will occur. The Company shall give each notice to the Trustee provided for in this Section 3.02 in at least 10 days before the applicable Redemption Date. Such notice shall be accompanied by an Officers’ Certificate at least 45 days before the Redemption Date (unless a shorter period shall be satisfactory to the Trustee)effect that such redemption shall comply with the conditions herein.

The Company shall give each the notice provided for in this Section 3.02 in an Officers’ Certificate at least 45 15 days before the Redemption Date redemption date (unless a shorter notice period shall be satisfactory to the Trustee), which notice shall specify the provisions of such Notes pursuant to which the Company elects to redeem such Notes.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes of any series pursuant to Section SECTION 3.01, it shall notify the Trustee in writing of the Redemption Date and the principal amount of Notes of that series to be redeemed and the clause of this Indenture such Note pursuant to which redemption shall occur. The Company shall give each notice provided for in this Section SECTION 3.02 in an Officers’ Certificate at least 45 days before the Redemption Date (unless a shorter period shall be satisfactory to the Trustee).

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to Section 3.013.07, it shall notify the Trustee in writing of the applicable Redemption Date and Date, the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and the clause paragraph of this Indenture Section 3.07 pursuant to which the redemption shall will occur. The Company shall give each notice to the Trustee provided for in this Section 3.02 in at least 10 days before the applicable Redemption Date unless the Trustee consents to a shorter period. If the Company elects to redeem any series of Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.013.07 hereof, it shall notify the Trustee in writing of the intended Redemption Date and Date, the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and the clause CUSIP numbers of this Indenture pursuant the Notes to which redemption shall occurbe redeemed. The Company shall give each notice provided for in this Section 3.02 in 3.01 and an Officers’ Certificate at least 45 5 days before the Redemption Date giving of the notice of redemption (unless a shorter period shall be satisfactory to the Trustee).

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to Section 3.013.01 or Section 3.09, it shall notify the Trustee in writing of the Redemption Date and and, in the case of a redemption pursuant to Section 3.01, the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which redemption shall occurredeemed. The Company shall give each notice provided for in this Section 3.02 in an Officers’ ' Certificate at least 45 60 days before the Redemption Date (unless a shorter period shall be satisfactory to the Trustee).

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to Section 3.01, it shall notify the Trustee in writing of the Redemption Date and the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed (or that all Notes are outstanding on the Redemption Date are to be redeemed) and the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which redemption shall occur. The Company shall give each notice provided for in this Section 3.02 in an Officers’ Officer’s Certificate at least 45 35 days before the Redemption Date (unless a shorter period shall be satisfactory to the Trustee).

Notices to Trustee. The Company shall give each notice provided for in this Section 3.02 in an Officers’ Certificate 3.01 at least 45 30 days before the Redemption Date (unless a shorter period Date, together with an Officers' Certificate stating that such redemption shall be satisfactory to comply with the Trustee)conditions contained herein and in the Notes.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to Section 3.013.07 of this Indenture and Paragraph 6 of the Notes, it shall notify the Trustee and the Paying Agent in writing of the Redemption Date and the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed and the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which redemption shall occurredeemed. The Company shall give each notice provided for in this Section 3.02 in an Officers’ Certificate 3.01 at least 45 days before the Redemption Date (Date, unless a such shorter period shall be satisfactory is acceptable to the Trustee), together with an Officers' Certificate stating that such redemption shall comply with the conditions contained herein and in the Notes.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects Obligors elect to redeem Notes pursuant to Section 3.013.01(a) or (b), it they shall notify the Trustee in writing of the Redemption Date and the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which redemption shall occur. The Company Obligors shall give each notice provided for in this Section 3.02 in an Officers’ ' Certificate at least 45 days before the Redemption Date (unless a shorter period shall be satisfactory to the Trustee).

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to Section 3.013.07 or 3.08, it shall notify the Trustee and the Paying Agent in writing of the Redemption Date and the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed and the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which redemption shall occurredeemed. The Company shall give each notice provided for in this Section 3.02 in an Officers’ Certificate 3.01 at least 45 60 days before the Redemption Date (unless a shorter notice period shall be satisfactory to the Trustee, as evidenced in a writing signed on behalf of the Trustee), together with an Officers' Certificate stating that such redemption shall comply with the conditions contained herein and in the Notes.
