Reports to Trustee. (a) The Company will deliver to the Trustee within 120 days after the end of each fiscal year a certificate from the principal executive, financial or accounting officer of the Company stating that the officer has conducted or supervised a review of the activities of the Company and its Subsidiaries and their performance under the Indenture and that, based upon such review, the Company has fulfilled its obligations hereunder or, if there has been a Default, specifying the Default and its nature and status.
Reports to Trustee. (a) The Company and each Guarantor will deliver to the Trustee within 120 days after the end of each fiscal year of the Company a certificate, executed by officers of the Company and each Guarantor, stating that the Company and each Guarantor has fulfilled its obligations hereunder or, if there has been a Default, specifying the Default and its nature and status.
Reports to Trustee. On or before the tenth calendar day of each month, the Servicer shall furnish to the Trustee electronically in a format reasonably acceptable to the Trustee loan accounting reports in the investor's assigned loan number order to document the payment activity on each Mortgage Loan on an individual mortgage loan basis. With respect to each month, such loan accounting reports shall contain the following, or other items reasonably requested by the Trustee and which it needs in connection with the performance of its duties under Sections 5.06 and 5.09:

(a) The Company will deliver to the Trustee within 120 days after the end of each fiscal year a written statement by the Company’s independent public accountants stating (i) that their audit examination has included a review of the terms of this Indenture and the Notes as they relate to accounting matters, and (ii) whether, in connection with their audit examination, any Default has come to their attention and, if a Default has come to their attention, specifying the nature and period of the existence thereof.
Reports to Trustee. On or prior to each Determination Date, the Servicer shall cause to be delivered to the Trustee a monthly servicing report in electronic format containing the information necessary to enable the Trustee to make the distribution required by Section 4.02 and prepare the information set forth in Section 4.04(a). The Trustee may conclusively rely on information provided by the Servicer and shall have no obligation to recompute, recalculate, or verify the accuracy of such information.
Reports to Trustee. (a) The Issuer will deliver to the Trustee within 120 days after the end of each fiscal year a certificate from the principal executive, financial or accounting officer of the Issuer stating that the officer has conducted or supervised a review of the activities of the Issuer and its Restricted Subsidiaries and their performance under this Indenture and that, based upon such review, the Issuer has fulfilled its obligations hereunder or, if there has been a Default, specifying the Default and its nature and what action the Issuer is taking or proposes to take with respect thereto.
Reports to Trustee. On or before the third Business Day of each month, the Servicer shall cause to be delivered to the Trustee and the Insurer a monthly servicing report in electronic format containing the information required by the Trustee to prepare the information set forth in Section 4.04(a). The Trustee may conclusively rely on information provided by the Servicer and shall have no obligation to recompute, recalculate, or verify the accuracy of such information.
