Notice or Communication. Any notice or communication shall be deemed for all purposes hereunder to be given if delivered or sent by registered mail addressed, in the case of the Union to: PCPSOA President or Local 1222 Labor Relations Representative and, in the case of the University to: St. Xxxxxxxx University, Canton, New York, Attn: Director of Human Resources. Each party shall be responsible for notifying the other of any change in the individuals holding the above positions.
