Title to Products and Documentation Package. Distributor acknowledges that the Equipment and documentation listed in Schedule 1 are the property of Company, and that the products are being made available to Distributor in confidence and solely on the basis of its confidential relationship to Company, Distributor agrees not to print, copy, provide or otherwise make available, in whole or in part, any portion of an original or modified Equipment Documentation Package or related materials.
