Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Syndication Agent or any agent listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or L/C Issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Syndication Agent or any agent listed on the cover page hereof Documentation Agent shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Credit Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, Agent or a Lender or L/C Issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Syndication Agent Arrangers or any agent listed on the cover page hereof of their respective Affiliates shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Credit Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, Agent or a Lender or L/C Issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Syndication Agent joint lead arrangers or any agent co-syndication agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender Bank or L/C Issuer an Issuing Bank hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.. ​

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Persons acting as Joint Lead ArrangersArrangers and Bookrunners, the Syndication Agent or any agent Documentation Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, the European Collateral Agent or as a Lender or L/C Issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Syndication Agent or any agent Documentation Agent listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except (i) in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or L/C Issuer hereunderthe Issuing Bank hereunder or (ii) in the case of the Lead Arrangers, or as the powers expressly set forth herein.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Co- Documentation Agents or the Co-Syndication Agent or any agent listed on the cover page hereof Agents shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, Agent or a Lender or L/C Issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth hereinLender.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Syndication Agent Agents or any agent Documentation Agents, if any, listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, Agent or a Lender or L/C Issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Arrangers and Joint Book Managers or Syndication Agent or any agent Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, Agent or a Lender or L/C Issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Arranger or Syndication Agent or any agent listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or L/C LC Issuer hereunder. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on the Lead Arranger or as expressly set forth hereinSyndication Agent in deciding to enter into this Agreement or any other Loan Document or in taking or not taking any action hereunder or thereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Documentation Agents or Co-Syndication Agent or any agent Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender, the Collateral Agent, a Swingline Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Book Runner, Syndication Agent or any agent Documentation Agent listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or L/C an Issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Syndication Agent or any agent Joint Lead Arrangers listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or L/C Issuer an Issuing Bank hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Managers, Joint Lead Arrangers, the Syndication Agent or any agent Managing Agent listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Joint Bookrunners, Syndication Agent or any agent the Co-Documentation Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Credit Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or L/C the Letter of Credit Issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Arrangers or Co-Syndication Agent or any agent Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Credit Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the an Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Syndication Agent Agent, the Co-Documentation Agents or any other agent (other than the Administrative Agent) listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or L/C Issuer an Issuing Lender hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Co-Syndication Agent Agents or any agent the Sole Book Manager listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of neither the Joint Lead Arrangers, Arranger nor the Syndication Agent or any agent listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or L/C Issuer the LC issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Syndication Agent Agents or any agent the Co-Documentation Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or the Several L/C Issuer Agent hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Syndication Agent or any agent Senior Managing Agent listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan DocumentsAgreement, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, Agent or a Lender or L/C Issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Joint Bookrunners, Syndication Agent or any agent Documentation Agent listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or an L/C Issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none neither of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Syndication Agent or Arrangers nor any other agent (other than Agent) listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or L/C Issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.
