Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Bookrunners, ArrangersArrangers or Syndication Agents, Syndication Agents or Co-Documentation Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the BookrunnersSyndication Agent, ArrangersDocumentation Agent, Syndication Agents the Book Manager, or Documentation Agents Arrangers listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Administrative Agent, Joint Bookrunners, Joint Lead Arrangers, Syndication Agents Agent or Co-Documentation Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer an Issuing Bank hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Bookrunners, Arrangers, Syndication Sustainability Coordinators, Documentation Agents or Documentation Agents other similar titles or roles listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the an L/C Issuer hereunder.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Bookrunners, Arrangers, any Syndication Agents Agent, Documentation Agent or Documentation Agents Collateral Agent, or other titles as necessary listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the an L/C Issuer hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Bookrunners, Arrangers, Joint Lead Arrangers or Co-Syndication Agents or Documentation Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the an L/C Issuer hereunder, but all such parties shall be entitled to the benefits of this Article IX.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Persons acting as Joint Bookrunners, Arrangers, Syndication Agents Joint Lead Arrangers or Co-Documentation Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, Agent or as a Lender or the L/C Issuer Party hereunder.
