Common use of Name of Company Clause in Contracts

Name of Company. It is understood that the name "USAA," and any logo associated with that name is the valuable property of the United Services Automobile Association, and that the Company has the right to include "USAA" as a part of its name only so long as this Agreement shall continue and IMCO is a wholly owned subsidiary of the United Services Automobile Association. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Company shall forthwith cease to use the "USAA" name and logo and shall take appropriate action to change the Company's name.
