Minimum Square Footage. All On-Site Rental Stores will have a minimum of 1,200 square feet of interior sales floor area and approximately 2,000 square feet of exterior storage space. Each On-Site Rental Store shall be constructed, designed and located substantially in accordance with the prototypical plans attached as Exhibit H to the Agreement as modified by site specific conditions. Further, NRI shall be entitled to install its prototypical signage (subject to applicable laws, codes and ordinances) in the form attached as Exhibit I to the Agreement. In connection with each On-Site Rental Store, Lowe’s agrees to construct the space, at its cost, in accordance with the attached form of lease.

Minimum Square Footage. No single-family detached Dwelling Unit shall be erected or permitted to remain in the Property unless it has the number of square feet of enclosed living area measured from the exterior walls, exclusive of open porches or screened porches, garages or basements, set forth in this Section. For the purposes of this Section, stated square footage shall mean the minimum floor area required, and floor area shall mean the finished and heated living area contained within the Dwelling Unit, exclusive of open porches and garages. In the case of any question as to whether a sufficient number of square feet of enclosed living area have been provided, the decision of the Board shall be final. The minimum number of square feet required is as follows:

The term “enclosed dwelling area” as used in these minimum size requirements shall mean the total enclosed area within a dwelling; provided, however that such term does not include garages, boat sheds, terraces, docks, open porches, and the like areas; provided further, that shed-type porches, even though attached to the house, are specifically excluded from the definition of the aforesaid term “enclosed dwelling area.” The term does include, however, screen porches, if the roof of such porches forms an integral part of the roof line of the main dwelling or if they are on the ground floor of a two-story dwelling.

  • Minimum Monthly Rent Tenant shall pay minimum monthly rent (“Minimum Monthly Rent”) in the initial amount stated in Section 1.5, which amount shall be subject to increase as provided in Sections 1.5 and 4.3.
