Medical Services Plan and Extended Health Plan Sample Clauses

Medical Services Plan and Extended Health Plan. All employees shall be entitled to participate in the Medical Services Plan and an Extended Health Plan that includes vision care and hearing aid options. Premiums of such plans shall be paid one hundred percent (100%) by the Employer.

Related to Medical Services Plan and Extended Health Plan

  • Medical Services Plan 10.1.1 Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment.
