Material Inducement. MGM MIRAGE and Owner acknowledge and agree that this guaranty constitutes a material and continuing inducement of the Owner to enter into this Agreement and the Concurrent Agreements. MGM MIRAGE and Owner further agree that the provisions of this Section 21.5 are subject to the other rights and remedies of Owner and Operator pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
