Common use of Material Inducement Clause in Contracts

Material Inducement. Borrower acknowledges and agrees that the representations, warranties, covenants and agreements contained in this Section 9.1 constitute a material inducement to Lender to enter into this Agreement, the other Loan Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby and that without the inclusion of this Section 9.1 herein Lender would not have entered into this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
