Maintenance Releases and Updates. “Maintenance Releases” shall mean maintenance fixes, patches, and work-around solutions for Licensed Software that SELECTHEALTH elects to install or otherwise implement for the Licensed Software and this Agreement. “Updates” shall mean updates and upgrades to and new versions and releases of Licensed Software that SELECTHEALTH elects to install or otherwise implement for the Licensed Software and this Agreement. HCO may be asked to install Maintenance Releases and Updates for SELECTHEALTH-Provided Client Software on HCO Computers.
