Maintenance Releases. The Supplier will provide the Customer with all Maintenance Releases generally made available to its customers. The Supplier warrants that no Maintenance Release will adversely affect the then existing facilities or functions of the Software. The Customer shall install all Maintenance Releases as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt.

Maintenance Releases. In the exercise of its sole discretion and from time to time, Segami may develop and make available maintenance release for the Base Software at no cost to Digirad. Such maintenance release shall be patches for the purpose of correcting any deficiencies in the Base Software which may become apparent to Digirad and Segami after successful delivery of the Interface Development.

Subject to Section 4.2, during the Term, Licensor will provide Licensee with all Maintenance Releases (including, without limitation, updated Documentation) that Licensor may, in its sole discretion, make generally available to its licensees. Licensee will install all Maintenance Releases as soon as commercially practicable after receipt thereof or access is made available thereto. Licensee does not have any right hereunder to receive any New Versions of the Software that Licensor may, in its sole discretion, release from time to time. Licensee may purchase a license of any New Version at Licensor’s then-current list price and subject to a separate Order Form, provided that Licensee is in compliance with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the applicable Order Form and, if applicable, the Surviving Existing Agreement Provisions.
Maintenance Releases. During the Term, at no additional charge to DCH, Contractor shall make Maintenance Release(s) available and shall take steps necessary to keep the System in good working order, to continue the warranties set forth in Section 11 of this Agreement, and to correct Bugs.
Maintenance Releases. After the initial installation of a System within a given Market, CTS will provide all Maintenance Releases for such System to Customer [*], below, which applies to such initial System. Thereafter, CTS will provide Maintenance Releases for such System [*] either the standard support option or premium support option offered pursuant to the Support Services Agreement and Customer is not in breach or default under this Agreement or the Support Services Agreement. Otherwise, CTS, in its discretion, may provide Maintenance Releases for such System to Customer on such terms and conditions and for such Fees as the parties may mutually agree to in writing.

During the Term, HiveIO will provide Licensee with all applicable software updates which are released to correct minor issues in the Software or Documentation, and that HiveIO may, in its sole discretion, make generally available to its licensees at no additional charge (“Maintenance Releases”), except in the case of a Free Evaluation License, for which Licensee has no rights to any updates, upgrades, maintenance releases, or other modifications. All Maintenance Releases provided by HiveIO to Licensee are deemed Software. Licensee will install all Maintenance Releases as soon as practicable after receipt. Licensee does not have any right hereunder to receive any major new versions of the Software that HiveIO may, in its sole discretion, release from time to time.
Maintenance Releases. 4.1. A maintenance release is a new release of the software issued to resolve outstanding low priority Incidents. CRITICAL INCIDENT (L1) and SERIOUS INCIDENT (L2) requiring a change to the software will be resolved through an emergency release as detailed above. Maintenance releases of the software will normally be issued on a six monthly basis. Maintenance releases and installation instructions are included within the support fee. We will quote you for any assistance you require to install any maintenance release.
Maintenance Releases. Maintenance Releases are provided to you free of charge if you are current with the applicable maintenance and support fees, you will also receive New Releases. You have the sole responsibility for distributing any such Maintenance Releases or New Releases to End Users (including through Distribution Partners).
Maintenance Releases. From time to time the Dashboard will be subject to Maintenance Releases. AstraZeneca shall make these available via email direct to the Licensor. AstraZeneca warrants that no Maintenance Release will adversely affect the then existing facilities or functions of the Dashboard. It is the responsibility of the Licensee to install all Maintenance Releases as soon as reasonably practicable.
