LICENSE TO OCCUPY. GlobalCenter grants to Client a non-exclusive license to occupy the Space. Client acknowledges that it has been granted only a license to occupy the Space and that it has not been granted any real property interests in the Space. In the event, however, that this arrangement shall be construed by the owner of the building in which the Space is situated to be such a grant and if the landlord of the building asserts such a grant to be a violation of the lease under which GlobalCenter occupies its premises, GlobalCenter agrees to cooperate with Client in obtaining the approvals Client may need to obtain from the landlord.
LICENSE TO OCCUPY. Frontier GlobalCenter grants to Client a non-exclusive license to occupy the Space. Client acknowledges that it has been granted only a license to occupy the Space and that it has not been granted any real property interests in the Space. In the event, however, that this arrangement shall be construed by the owner of the building in which the Space is situated to be such a grant and if the landlord of the building asserts such a grant to be a violation of the lease under which Frontier GlobalCenter occupies its premises, Frontier GlobalCenter agrees to cooperate with Client in obtaining the approvals Client may need to obtain from the landlord.

LICENSE TO OCCUPY. For purpose of this Agreement, “Space” means Webberstop India Private Limited ’s premises where Customer’s hardware, software and data are stored and operated, meaning thereby that Webberstop India Private Limited grants to Customer a non-exclusive license to occupy the Space but Customer has not been granted any other right or interest in the Space.
LICENSE TO OCCUPY. 2.1. MRU gives the Resident the license to occupy the Room for the Agreement Period in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Except as otherwise required by law, nothing in this Agreement gives the Resident any right to tenancy in the Room, University Residence or any interest in land.
LICENSE TO OCCUPY. 2. The University gives the Resident the license to occupy the Resident’s Room for the contract period in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Except as otherwise required by law, nothing in this Agreement gives the Resident any rights of tenancy in the Suite or Room, nor any interest in land.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Owner hereby grants to the Producer and its successors, permitted assigns, sublicensees, employees, agents, independent contractors and suppliers, all of whom are included in the term “Producer”, for purposes of entry upon, occupancy and use of the Property, a license to enter upon, photograph, record, occupy and use the Property to the extent specified in Paragraph 3 below (either accurately, simulated, in combination with other sets and/or locations or otherwise) for the periods set forth in Paragraph 4 below, and to bring all necessary personnel, equipment and temporary sets onto the Property, for the purpose of making stills and motion pictures and sound recordings of, on or about the Property.

Client acknowledges that it has been granted only a license to occupy the Space and that it has not been granted any real property interests in the Space. Frontier GlobalCenter represents and warrants that it has obtained all approvals necessary, including but not limited to, permissions from the landlord and any regulatory authorities, to operate the facility in this manner contemplated by this Agreement.

's premises where Customer's hardware, software and data are stored and operated, meaning thereby that Bsoftindia Technologies Xxx.xxx. grants to Customer a non-exclusive license to occupy the Space but Customer has not been granted any other right or interest in the Space.
LICENSE TO OCCUPY. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Owner hereby grants to the Producer and its successors, permitted assigns, sublicensees, employees, agents, independent contractors and suppliers, all of whom are included in the term “Producer”, for purposes of entry upon, occupancy and use of the Property for parking film equipment and vehicles, to the extent specified in Paragraph 3 below.
