License Renewal. Certified participants will be responsible for keeping track of their personal professional development hours for license renewal.
License Renewal. A. At the end of the initial Access Period, Licensee may renew the Agreement for an additional one year Access Period, and for subsequent one year Access Periods at the end of each additional Access period, by payment of an invoice generated annually from Oregon (“License Renewal”). Any renewal is subject to the approval of Oregon which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion.

A contract of employment issued by the Board and signed by a teacher shall be null and void if, by July 1, the teacher fails to provide the Superintendent a copy of a valid Vermont educator license for his/her assignment for that school year. This deadline shall be extended by the Superintendent (only as permitted under state laws and regulations) if the teacher provides documentation that s/he has done everything s/he needs to do to become licensed prior to May 1 and the delay is at the VT Agency of Education. The Superintendent may also extend the deadline due to other extenuating circumstances outside of the teacher’s control.

Clean-up Appropriate clean-up time before meal breaks and at the end of the work day shall be provided. Appropriate clean-up time for gardeners shall be provided after spraying, as determined necessary upon consultation with the employee’s supervisor (to include the 3424 Pest Control Specialist).
License Renewal. 26.01 The Company will reimburse employees for the additional cost (e.g. in excess of their standard drivers license) that is involved in maintaining a special license required by law or by the Company for specific classifications.

License Renewal. The City agrees to pay the cost of maintaining certification and licenses that are within the minimum requirements for the licensee's job.
License Renewal. Bus drivers shall renew their license, complete with a school bus endorsement, in compliance with the Commercial Driver's License rules and regulations. At no time shall the member be allowed to drive for the District if their license expires, at which time the member will be placed on unpaid leave until full requirements are met within thirty (30) working days. Employees may be dismissed after thirty (30) days if they do not satisfy all requirements. Upon submission of receipt of payment, the Board of Education shall reimburse 100% per year for the renewal of a bargaining unit member's CDL license (including the cost of the driving record abstract), re-certification test, and BCI checks. Drivers must also present a receipt of payment for reimbursement for fingerprinting.
License Renewal. Employees who hold positions which require vehicle operator licenses shall be reimbursed (beyond the cost of Class C license renewal fee) for the cost of such licenses and California Special Driver Certificate upon renewal.
