LENGTH OF TIME FOR AID AND ASSISTANCE; RENEWABILITY; RECALL. Unless otherwise provided, the duration of Provider's assistance shall be for an initial period of seven days, starting from the time of arrival. Thereafter, assistance may be extended in daily or weekly increments as the situation warrants, for a period agreed upon by the authorized representatives of Provider and Recipient. As noted in Section II of this Agreement, Provider's personnel, equipment, and other resources shall remain subject to recall by Provider to provide for its own citizens if circumstances so warrant. Provider shall make a good faith effort to provide at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notification to Recipient of its (Provider's) intent to terminate mission, unless such notice is not practicable, in which case as much notice as is reasonable under the circumstances shall be provided.

Unless otherwise provided, the duration of Provider's assistance shall be presumed to be for an initial period of twenty-four (24) hours, starting from the time of arrival. Thereafter, assistance may be extended as the situation warrants for periods agreed upon by the authorized representatives of Provider and Recipient.

Unless otherwise provided, the duration of Provider's aid and assistance shall be presumed to be for an initial period of not more than Seventy Two (72) hours. Thereafter, assistance may be extended as the situation warrants for periods agreed upon by the authorized representatives of Provider and Recipient. The seventy two hour period and any other agreed upon time periods shall start when the aid and assistance departs from Provider’s location with the intent of going to Recipient’s location. The aid and assistance shall end when the aid and assistance returns to Provider’s location and no further expectation of aid and assistance exists between Provider and Recipient.
LENGTH OF TIME FOR AID AND ASSISTANCE; RENEWABILITY; RECALL. It is presumed that a provider’s aid and assistance shall be given for an initial period of twelve (12) hours. Thereafter, assistance shall be extended as the provider and recipient shall agree. The twelve (12) hour period shall start when the aid and assistance departs from provider’s location with the intent of going to recipient’s location. The aid and assistance shall end when it returns to provider’s location with the understanding between the provider and recipient that provision of aid and assistance is complete. Provider may recall its aid and assistance at any time at its sole discretion. Provider shall make a good faith effort to give the recipient as much advance notice of the recall as is practical under the circumstances.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by Ygnition for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by Ygnition, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit Ygnition to route the Ygnition Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by Ygnition. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by Ygnition and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at Ygnition's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, Ygnition will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. Ygnition shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to Ygnition’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.
