LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. Section 25.1 In order to provide a means for continuing communications between the parties and for promoting a climate of constructive employee relations, a Labor/Management Committee shall be established which shall consist of up to four (4) representatives designated by the Employer and up to four (4) representatives designated by the Union.
