Just Cause. The Company may, by written notice to the Employee, immediately terminate his employment at any time, resulting in a Separation from Service, for Just Cause. The Employee shall have no right to receive any base salary, Bonuses or other Employee Benefits, except as provided by law, whatsoever, for any period after his Separation from Service for Just Cause. However, the vested rights of the Employee as of his Separation from Service shall not be affected.
