When a new classification which is to be included in this Agreement is established by the Employer, the Employer shall provide the Union with a copy of the new Job Description and shall consult with the Union and subsequently determine a rate of pay. In the event that the Union disagrees with the rate so established, it may lodge a policy grievance and the provisions of Article of this Collective Agreement shall apply.
