JOB CLASSIFICATION AND RATES OF PAY. Job classifications and rates of pay shall be as set out in Schedule "A" to this Agreement. When an employee relieves in a higher paid classification for one (1) hour or more, shall be paid at the next higher rate in the higher classification for all hours worked in such higher classification. When a new classification which is to be included in this Agreement is established by the Employer, the Employer shall provide the Union with a copy of the new Job Description and shall consult with the Union and subsequently determine a rate of pay. In the event that the Union disagrees with the rate so established, it may lodge a policy grievance and the provisions of Article of this Collective Agreement shall apply.
