Common use of Insurance Certificate Clause in Contracts

Insurance Certificate. As evidence of the required insurance coverage, Grantee shall provide compliant insurance certificates, including required endorsements, to the City prior to execution of the Agreement. The certificates shall list the City as certificate holder. Grantee shall maintain continuous, uninterrupted coverage for the Term of this Agreement and to provide insurance certificates demonstrating the required coverage for the Term of this Agreement. Xxxxxxx’s failure to maintain insurance as required by this Agreement constitutes a Material Breach of this Agreement. Xxxxxxx must notify the City in writing thirty (30) calendar days prior to a cancellation, non-renewal, or changes to the insurance policy.
