Common use of Initial Trustee Clause in Contracts

Initial Trustee. The role of Trustee shall be conducted by the Person designated as Trustee hereunder from time to time in accordance with this Section 10.01. Until the Agent shall give to U.S. Bank a Trustee Termination Notice, U.S. Bank is hereby appointed as, and hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties and obligations of, Trustee pursuant to the terms hereof.
