Inappropriate Behavior. Behavior which may make a producer ineligible to participate in Greenmarket includes, but is not limited to: • Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning speech, materials, or conduct, particularly those related to sex, gender, sexual orientation, race, ability, age, cultural background, education, ethnicity, immigration status, language, nationality, national origin, physical appearance, economic status, or religion, • Violence, threats of violence, or violent language or symbols directed against another person. • Lewd or offensive behavior or language, including but not limited to using sexually explicit or offensive language, materials or conduct, or any language, behavior, or content that contains profanity, obscene gestures, or racial, religious, or ethnic slurs.

Inappropriate Behavior. With the exception of misconduct, employees will receive an oral warning prior to disciplinary action. Oral warnings, corrections, and criticism will be given in private and confidentiality will be respected, except in situations involving student or staff safety.

Throwing snowballs or other objects at the building is prohibited.
Inappropriate Behavior. On rare occasions this three-month period may be waived if it can be shown that the Upline of the Affiliate requesting the change has due cause to be moved to another Upline. Some examples of due cause are illegal activity or harassment of the Affiliate on the part of the Upline. A complete lack of contact, despite clear attempts by the Affiliate to contact the Upline may also be considered as due cause. In extreme cases the Upline may be terminated and the Affiliate moved to the next available Upline in their organization. Note: Affiliates waive any and all claims against the Company, its officers, directors, owners, employees and agents that relate to or arise from the Company’s decision regarding the disposition of any Downline organization.

This also applies to the Tree house, tents on the terraces, all the bridges with wooden paths, swing at Glamp Island, water surfaces, trees, accommodations and Tree house. Tree houses have a balcony/a terrace, where guests can relax in peace and silence. The tree house has a terrace and guardrails (like on balconies in hotels). Chateau Ramšak is therefore not liable for any actions that are contrary to the Resort’s rules, e.g. guests sitting on the balcony guardrails, or even climbing over the rails, removing the protective fence on the Tree house or otherwise changing the protection at the resort. Gift certificates When using a gift certificate, the original gift voucher must be submitted upon check-in at the reception desk. Photocopies or transformations of gift certificates are not permitted and are not valid. The gift voucher is valid until the expiration date indicated on each individual gift certificate. If the date of validity is not recorded on a gift voucher, the gift certificate is considered to be valid for one year from the date of issue. In case the gift voucher is not used during its validity, it is stolen, lost or destroyed, its user is not entitled to monetary reimbursement or compensation in any form whatsoever.
