IN PAYMENT. Resident(s) shall pay to Landlord $ at the time of move-in. If Landlord accepts a personal or other non-certified check and the check is, for any reason whatsoever, returned unpaid by the bank upon which it is drawn, the entire amount shall immediately become due and payable and shall be considered rent so that Landlord may serve a three-day notice to pay rent or quit for the entire amount and, if Resident(s) does not comply with said notice, Landlord may utilize unlawful detainer procedures to evict Resident(s) from the Premises.

  • Default in payment Any payment not made within ten (10) business days after it is due in accordance with this Agreement shall thereafter bear interest, compounded annually, at the prime rate in effect from time to time at Citibank, N.A., or any successor thereto. If the overpayment exceeds $100, the employee shall be given the opportunity to make arrangements for a repayment plan. The Employer shall attempt to structure the repayment plan in a manner that does not place a financial hardship on the employee. If the employee fails to repay the overpayment or tallow a repayment plan, the State may take appropriate measures to collect the funds owed.

  • CONDITIONAL UPON PAYMENT 12.1 Where applicable, You agree that this Agreement is conditional upon Apollo being paid by the Travel Agent or Travel Wholesaler (Agent) who arranged this Agreement on Your behalf.
