IN PAY. 17.1 When an employee is called in to work outside of his normal hours of work, he shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours' work at the appropriate premium rate plus travel allowance where applicable. If the employee's normal hours of work commence within this four (4) hour period, the employee will be paid premium time from the time he commences work until the start of his normal hours and will revert to his normal hourly rate at the commencement of his normal hours of work.

IN PAY. 7.4.0 An employee who is called in by the Company to perform work outside of his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be paid at the rate of time and one half if the work is performed from Monday to Saturday, and at the rate of double time if the work is performed on Sunday, or a maximum of three (3) hours at his/her straight time rate, whichever is the greater. However, no minimum payment shall apply when the hours so worked are continuous with the employee’s regularly scheduled working hours. Should the call-in involve a change of shift schedule, the employee shall be paid the premium rate for the first shift of the new schedule. CHANGE OF NEXT SCHEDULED STARTING TIME PAY:

Meetings called according to are not eligible for call-in pay.
IN PAY. 20.01 Employees who are called in for the sole purpose of attending staff meetings, mandatory training or work, having been given twelve (12) hours advance notice of the time which the employee is to report, shall be compensated for time in attendance at the employees regular straight time rate of pay, with a minimum compensation of two (2) hours, or at the employee’s overtime rate for the hours in attendance, if applicable, as outlined in Article 15 of this Collective Agreement, which ever is greater.
