Common use of Hours of Work and Other Conditions of Employment Clause in Contracts

Hours of Work and Other Conditions of Employment. The parties agree that hours of work and other conditions of employment affected by this Agreement are accurately reflected in Appendix D attached to this Agreement. Changes in hours of work or other conditions of employment to which the parties may agree shall be evidenced by a revised Appendix D, which shall be executed by the parties and attached hereto and made part of this Agreement.
