GUARANTEES ACT. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will apply to services supplied by us under this agreement except where they are acquired, or held out as being acquired, for business purposes.
GUARANTEES ACT. 13.1 Nothing in the Terms is intended to have the effect of contracting out of the provisions of the Customer Xxxxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 except to the extent permitted by the Act, and the Terms are to be modified to the extent necessary to give effect to that intention.
GUARANTEES ACT. The Applicant acknowledges that, where it is acquiring the services which are to be supplied by Wellington Electricity under this Agreement for the purpose of a business, the provisions of the Consumer Xxxxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 will not apply to the supply of those services.
GUARANTEES ACT. You agree that where our Services are acquired for business purposes, or where you hold yourself out as acquiring our Services for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply to Services supplied by us under the Agreement. 20 PRIVACY ACT 20.1 SSP will comply with our obligations under the Privacy Act 2020. SSP’s Privacy Statement is published on our website and may be updated from time to time. A hard copy will be provided on request.
GUARANTEES ACT. The parties confirm they are each “in trade”, that the Services are supplied and acquired “in trade” and that, as between them, the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply to the Services supplied by Soul Machines and acquired by the Customer under this Agreement.
