Fully Successful. The performance level necessary for the employee to function adequately, fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the position, and properly contribute to meeting organizational performance goals.

Fully Successful. Employee meets all job expectations and performs all duties in a timely manner; maintains a steady volume of work and has few if any errors or problems in the performance of duties. Satisfactory: Employee meets minimum standards of the job. Needs Improvement: Employee needs to improve on quality and quantity of work performed; more attention to detail is needed; fewer errors should be made.
Fully Successful. The employee must be currently performing at the fully successful level or above. If an employee’s last rating of record is less than fully successful, the employee must wait until a rating of record of fully successful or above is received.
Fully Successful. Work performance is consistently up to or exceeds expectations. This is the performance level which is expected of a qualified employee.

No areas of performance are deficient.
