Food Concession. If User plans to provide concessions of any kind during its use of the District Property, it must notify the District in writing to obtain prior written approval. The District has first right of refusal to provide concessions for all stadium events. All other concessions and food services on the district campus must be approved in writing by the District. Any person providing concessions on the District Property for User’s events shall be deemed a guest of the User and therefore, User shall ensure all concession personnel comply with the requirements of this Agreement. Food or refreshments are not permitted in auditoriums, theaters, lectures halls or classrooms.

Food Concession. All concession rights are reserved to SMG and its assigns and SMG or its agents shall have the sole right to sell, give away or dispense food and beverages, at its discretion. Operator may utilize any unused space or erect portable concession stands as needed for servicing of Licensee’s patrons, within the Facility for this purpose. Neither Licensee nor Licensee’s exhibitors shall give away or sell food concession items under the terms of this Agreement without express written consent of the Operator.

  • SCOPE OF CONCESSION A. Concessionaire shall be granted, under a Concession Agreement (“Agreement”), the non- exclusive, revocable right to dispense food, non-alcoholic beverages, and novelties (hereinafter referred to as the “Concession Operation”) at Belleplain State Forest.
