Concession definition

Concession means the granting of a license or right to act for or on behalf of the Board, or to provide a service requiring the approval or endorsement of the Board, and which may or may not involve a payment or exchange, or provision of services by or to the Board, provided that the term concession shall not include vending machines.
Concession means a concession, rebate, subsidy or grant related to the supply of gas available to residential customers only.

  • Within 30 days after receipt of the notification of the selection of the New Concessioner, The Concessioner shall provide the New Concessioner with a financial report with respect to the operation of the Concession Facilities and the Concessioner’s operations in general as of the last day of the month prior to receipt of such notification.
