Facsimile or PDF Signatures. For purposes of this Amendment, signatures delivered by facsimile or as a PDF attached to an e-mail shall be as binding as originals upon the parties so signing.
Facsimile or PDF Signatures. The Parties agree that transmission to the other Party of this Agreement with its facsimile or electronic “pdf” signature shall bind the Party transmitting this Agreement thereby in the same manner as if such Party’s original signature had been delivered. Without limiting the foregoing, each Party who transmits this Agreement with its facsimile or “pdf’ signature covenants to deliver the original thereof to the other Party as soon as possible thereafter.
Facsimile or PDF Signatures. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile or PDF and upon such delivery, the facsimile or PDF signature will be deemed to have the same effect as if the original signature had been delivered to the other party.
Facsimile or PDF Signatures. This Agreement may be executed by any party by delivery of a facsimile or pdf signature, which signature shall have the same force and effect as an original signature. Any party which delivers a facsimile or pdf signature shall promptly thereafter deliver an originally executed signature to the Company; provided, however, that the failure to deliver an original signature page shall not affect the validity of any signature delivered by facsimile or pdf.
Facsimile or PDF Signatures. The Parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns are hereby authorized to rely upon the signatures of each person and entity who is a Party to this Agreement which are delivered by facsimile or as a .pdf email attachment as constituting a duly authorized, irrevocable, actual, current delivery of this Agreement with original ink signatures of each person and entity.
Facsimile or PDF Signatures. Facsimile or PDF signatures will be accepted as originals.
Facsimile or PDF Signatures. Delivery of a copy of this Agreement bearing an original signature by facsimile transmission (whether directly from one facsimile device to another by means of a dial-up connection or whether mediated by the worldwide web), by electronic mail in “portable document format” (.pdf) form, or by any other electronic means intended to preserve the original graphic and pictorial appearance of a document, will have the same effect as physical delivery of the paper document bearing the original signature.
Facsimile or PDF Signatures. City, Authority, and Developer each (i) has agreed to permit the use from time to time, where appropriate, of facsimile or emailed pdf signatures in order to expedite the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, (ii) intends to be bound by its respective facsimile or emailed pdf signature, (iii) is aware that the other will rely on the facsimile or emailed pdf signature, and (iv) acknowledges such reliance and waives any defenses to the enforcement of this Agreement and the documents affecting the transaction contemplated by this Agreement based on the fact that a signature was sent by facsimile or emailed pdf only.
Facsimile or PDF Signatures. The parties hereto agree that the use of facsimile or pdf signatures for the negotiation and execution of this Amendment shall be legal and binding and shall have the same full force and effect as if originally signed.
Facsimile or PDF Signatures. This Amendment may be executed by either or all parties by PDF or facsimile signature, and any such facsimile signature shall be deemed an original signature.
