Facsimile or PDF Sample Clauses

Facsimile or PDF. The exchange of copies of this Indenture and of signature pages by facsimile or PDF transmission shall constitute effective execution and delivery of this Indenture as to the parties hereto and may be used in lieu of the original Indenture for all purposes. Signatures of the parties hereto transmitted by facsimile or PDF shall be deemed to be their original signatures for all purposes.

Facsimile or PDF. The parties agree to accept signatures transmitted by facsimile, .pdf or other electronic means as a true and legally binding as originals.
Facsimile or PDF. For the convenience of the Parties, a facsimile or “.pdf” copy of this Agreement or any signatures of the Recipient alone hereon shall be considered as an original and binding on Recipient for all purposes.
