Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing. If, for any reason, an Employee works a broken shift each portion of that shift will be considered a separate shift for the purpose of this clause. Provided that a shift broken by a meal break of one hour or less will not constitute a broken shift. Notwithstanding the provisions of this subclause, no employee will be required to work a broken shift, as per subclause 20.6.
