Employee Handbook. Employee shall be governed by the personnel rules and regulations set forth in the Company’s employee handbook and related documents, which may be modified from time to time. To the extent there exists a conflict between this Agreement and the personnel rules and regulations of the Company, this Agreement shall be the controlling document and supersede any conflicting policy.
