Common use of Employee Conduct Clause in Contracts

Employee Conduct. All Contractor personnel must maintain a courteous and respectful attitude toward the public at all times. At no time may they solicit, request or receive gratuities of any kind. Contractor must direct its employees to avoid loud and/or profane language at all times during the performance of duties. Any employee of Contractor who engages in misconduct or is incompetent or negligent in the proper performance of duties or is disorderly, dishonest, intoxicated, or discourteous must be removed from service under this contract by Contractor.
