Eligibility List. The eligibility list shall be certified and distributed to the faculty prior to March 30 each year and each Unit Member shall be included on the list with an eligibility number. The Sabbatical Leave Review Committee shall meet no later than May 15 to select a Chairperson for the following year.
Eligibility List. If an eligibility list is to be established, it shall be used for a similar position in the same area of selection as indicated on the original posting, and shall be valid for a period of up to twelve (12) months.

(a) Where qualified and capable employees are not available for relief assignments within the store concerned an employee will be assigned to the store for the required position from an eligibility list which will be compiled following Branch-wide posting at the beginning of each year. Except as otherwise provided for the in the Personnel Rules for Board- Governed Special Districts, all selection interviews shall be conducted and appointments made from applicants qualifying on an eligibility list. The Fire District will post the eligibility list at the completion of the examination process. The list shall list the candidates by name in order of rank position. No scores shall be published but candidates may review their individual scores with the Human Resources Manager or designee.

Eligibility List. The development of a model for creating an eligibility list that combines all components of the selection process has the potential to create a measure reflecting the whole-person service orientation of candidates. Applying the compensatory model at the entry level of assessment would prove to be a major change to traditional practices. Although acceptance of this model will require continued negotiations with county personnel, the fact that it is being considered represents the potential for a major change in the hiring processes used for public safety employment. It is a significant contribution that has emerged through the work of HSS.
