ELECTRONIC SERVICES AGREEMENT AND DISCLOSURE. This Part V of the Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing electronic fund transfers. Electronic fund transfers (“EFTs”) are electronically initiated transfers of money involving a deposit account at the Credit Union and multiple access options, such as online account access, mobile banking, direct deposits, automated teller machines (ATMs), LAPFCU Debit Card, and audio response telephone banking. Your acceptance, retention, or use of a LAPFCU Debit Card, Personal Identification Number (PIN) or other EFT here- under constitutes an agreement between us and you as described below. These disclosures are given by us in compliance with the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (15 U.S.C. Section 1693 et seq.) and Regulation E (12 CFR 1005 et seq.) to inform you of certain terms and conditions for use of the electronic services described in this Agreement. At the present time, we offer the following electronic services: • Preauthorized deposits of net paycheck; • Payroll deductions; • Preauthorized deposits of pension checks and federal recurring payments (for example, Social Security payments); • Preauthorized withdrawals for bill payments and other recurring payments; • Automated Teller Machine (ATM) EFT services at Credit Union-owned (proprietary) ATMs and on Shared Network ATMs such as the CO-OP Network and such other systems as may be added from time to time; • Credit Card cash advances at ATMs; • Telephone Banking; • Online Banking; • LAPFCU Debit Card (including PIN and signature based transactions); • Electronic Check Transactions; • Transactions at a Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal whether or not an access device is used; • Mobile Banking; • Mobile Deposit; • Electronic Account Payment Services; • Peer-to-Peer Funds Transfers; • Text (SMS) Banking; and • Electronic Wallets We reserve the right to offer new electronic services in the future. General disclosures applicable to all electronic services offered by us are given below, with specific disclosure information for certain electronic services following in separate sections. Terms and conditions for some electronic services are separately disclosed to you when you enroll in the service. Your use of any electronic service is subject to our approval. We provide a variety of EFT services for deposit accounts. EFTs are electronically initiated transfers of money involving a deposit account at the Credit Union and multiple access options, such as online account access, mobile banking, direct deposits, ATMs, debit card and automated telephone banking. These terms and conditions do not apply to wire transfers; terms and conditions for wire transfers will be separately provided at the time you request a wire transfer. Your acceptance, retention or use of (or by authorizing another person to sign or use) an ATM card, Visa debit card, PIN, or other EFT hereunder constitutes an agreement between us and you as described below. ELECTRONIC SERVICES AGREEMENT AND DISCLOSURE. (continued) Electronic fund transfers to and from Your Account can be made through the use of, but may not be limited to the following: (a) Your Card in Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) or at any place that it is honored including those transactions made through the use of the appropriate PIN in conjunction with Your Card; (b) any check which You authorize the payee to process electronically; (c) Our CU*Talk Audio Response system; and (d) Our It's Me 247 Personal Computer Account Access System. An electronic fund transfer is any transfer of funds which is performed through the use of Your Card, E-Check, Our CU*Talk Audio Response System, Our It's Me 247 Personal Computer Account Access System or other electronic device. You understand that Your Card and any PINs and/or Access Codes are issued by Us and are not transferable. Your PIN is confidential and should not be disclosed to anyone. The use of Your Card is subject to the following terms. You agree: (a) to abide by Our Rules and Regulations as amended relating to the use of the Card; (b) that We may follow all instructions given to machines; and
ELECTRONIC SERVICES AGREEMENT AND DISCLOSURE. (continued) To ensure that recurring preauthorized charges established and authorized by You are not interrupted in the event that Your Card or other Access Device is reissued, We may, but are under no obligation to do so, enroll Your account in automatic account information update services that communicate new Card/Access Device information to the service providers with whom You have established preauthorized recurring charges, the purpose of which is to ensure charges You authorize continue without interruption.
ELECTRONIC SERVICES AGREEMENT AND DISCLOSURE. This is your Electronic Services Agreement and Disclosure. It includes necessary statements and any special instructions regarding the use of your Visa Debit Card "Card", our audio response system "Bank by Phone", our Internet Account Access system "Online Banking", and our Mobile Internet Account access system "Mobile Banking", each with their corresponding personal identification number (PIN) or access code, and any checks You authorize to be processed electronically “E-Check”.

The information in this Part V applies only to the electronic service transactions described herein. You understand and agree that the agreements, terms, conditions, rules and regulations applicable to your savings account(s), checking account(s), Visa Debit Card, Visa Credit Card, Personal Line of Credit and any other applicable accounts, remain in full force and effect and continue to be applicable, except as specifically modified by this Agreement.
